This natural coffee dries slowly on raised beds with the cherry intact, developing rich blueberry sweetness and a creamy, chocolatey body. The decaf magic happens at the Swiss Water facility in Vancouver, where a chemical-free process gently extracts 99.9% of the caffeine using only water, leaving all those vibrant Ethiopian flavors intact.
