Grown on the fertile, volcanic slopes of Mount Elgon in Mbale, this Ugandan coffee is produced by a collective of 200 smallholder farmers and roasted lightly to showcase its exceptional natural sweetness. Expect a bright, clean cup bursting with strawberry jam on toast, softened by gentle cocoa and a smooth, elegant finish.

After roasting, the roastery (and office) fills with the unmistakable aroma of strawberry jam on toast — which tells you pretty much everything you need to know.
