Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro brings the blend its balance, sweetness, and dependable body. Sourced from Andrea Ribeiro Silva’s Fazenda Aragão in Patos de Minas, this natural lot is part of the Café Delas programme, which supports women coffee producers through access to resources, knowledge, and reinvestment in the field. Grown at around 950 MASL, with Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties, it delivers the kind of classic Brazil profile we love for consistency: smooth, rounded, and quietly sweet.
Peru’s Amazonas adds structure and clarity. From steep family plots in the Utcubamba Valley, where the Andes descend into cloud forest and river canyons, Caturra, Pache, and Catimor are carefully fermented and washed, bringing a clean sweetness, gentle florality, and a smooth citrus lift.
Each coffee is roasted separately to its own ideal profile before being combined. It’s a more considered way to build a blend: each origin gets exactly the roast it needs, rather than compromising both to hit a single curve.
Expect mandarin orange, stewed apple, and jasmine. A balanced omni roast that works beautifully as espresso, with enough clarity to enjoy as filter too.
