PERU AMAZONAS WASHED + ETHIOPIA NENSEBO NATURAL + BRAZIL MINAS GERAIS NATURAL
Two naturally processed lots and one washed combine in this vibrant, refined blend, sweet, clean, and consistently good in the cup.
From Ethiopia's Nensebo region, cherries grown above 1,900 MASL bring bright citrus sweetness and a gentle lift, developed slowly through careful drying.
Peru's Amazonas adds a clean, rounded core. From steep family plots in the Utcubamba valley, where the Andes descend into cloud forest and river canyons, Caturra, Pache, and Catimor are carefully fermented and washed, contributing smoothness and quiet clarity that holds the blend together.
Brazil's Minas Gerais anchors everything with a nutty base and velvety body. Sun-dried and finished with mechanical precision, it delivers the mellow depth that makes this blend so easy to work with at the espresso machine. Each coffee is roasted separately to its own ideal profile before being combined. It's a more considered way to build a blend: each origin gets exactly the roast it needs rather than compromising all three to hit a single curve.
Sweet orange, fresh pear, and a bright citrus finish. Medium roasted, made to shine with or without milk.
