Carefully processed through a 40-hour fermentation and slow drying method, this lot showcases the clarity and sweetness that high-quality Ugandan coffee is capable of delivering.
In the cup, expect a juicy and expressive profile with notes of vanilla, ripe stone fruits and cola, balanced by a bright acidity and silky body. Roasted light to highlight its origin character, Butawa offers a clean, complex and approachable brew that shines across filter methods.
