This lot from the Chelchele washing station is exactly what you want a washed Ethiopian coffee to be - bright, floral and laced with citrus and stone-fruit. It reminds us of lemon meringue and peach tea, with a honeyed sweetness, silky mouthfeel, and a clean, elegant finish.
