Our limited-edition Christmas coffee comes from Don Rosa Dimas Fúnez Macias, a celebrated Honduran producer and multiple-time Cup of Excellence finalist. His farm, Finca El Roble, sits at 1,600m in the mountains of Comayagua. Here he cultivates a rare mix of varieties including Pacamara, Yellow Catuai, Lempira, Gesha and SL28 — an impressive diversity that contributes to this coffee’s complexity. The lot is fully washed, giving a clean, bright cup with excellent sweetness.
Honduras has grown into Central America’s largest coffee producer, driven by small, quality-focused farms just like this one. Almost all coffee here is washed and sun-dried on small family plots — a tradition that prioritises clarity and flavour over volume.
Freshly roasted in small batches.
