Our Fairtrade Organic Swiss Water Peruvian Decaf combines notes of peanut and chocolate with hints of mild citrus fruits.
The roast utilises Swiss Water Process decaffeination, a premium option that removes 99.9% of caffeine in a gentle, 100% chemical free way.
The beans are grown in the northern regions by the Cenfrocafe cooperative.
The Fairtrade programme has made a huge difference to the area, allowing the community to build their own processing plant and storage warehouses, fund social development programmes and transition to organic production.
We’ve worked tirelessly to ensure our beans are of the highest quality, as well as being sourced ethically and sustainably. This helps us to support the industry, the farmers and of course… their goats.
