What is Cold Brew Coffee?
Great question! Cold brew coffee involves immersing coffee in cold water and letting it brew (just like you would in a cafetiere, for example, only for much longer, like 24-hours or more!)
The main difference between a Cold Brew and an Iced Coffee is that Cold Brew uses COLD water, while Iced Coffee is brewed with HOT water and then chilled over ice.
Cold Brew coffee is infused with nitrogen, and this, combined with the cold-water brewing process, results in a naturally richer, more concentrated coffee.
