There’s a lot going on with this coffee. The fruit notes are light and clean, sweet oranges, pineapple and tropical vibes with a clean lime acidity. It reminds us of the those fruit squashes we drank as kids. 

As espresso, we get a lovely pistachio note that combines really well with milk for a very slightly nutty flat white. The gentle acidity still cuts through nicely though, bringing balance and structure. This is a multi-dimensional coffee that reveals something new with each cup.
