The average size of the farms here is 0.5 to 1.5 hectares, each producing microlots. Working together as a community they are able to combine their harvests to create a large enough volume to be sold to buyers. Our importers Cofinet collaborate with other small coffee companies, Occicafe Colombia and Globalcafe, to establish a direct relationship with the farmers and have better control of the quality.
Grown in an region blessed with volcanic soil and optimum rainfall that allow arabica cultivars to flourish. This creates a coffee that is bold and delicious and with notes of plum, caramel and nutmeg this really is a moreish brew.

Lunar is outstanding
We've had Moonshot a number of times and enjoyed it but thought we'd try something different this time (Lunar). We're getting compliments from anyone that drinks it and thoroughly enjoying it ourselves.
