Anserma Cooperative has 2,083 associated coffee growers who cultivate excellent-quality
coffee with dedication and care. Cherries are sorted, placed in sealed containers to undergo a 96-hour fermentation, then moved to a mechanical silo that dries the beans for around 100 hours. The coffee has notes of mango, dark chocolate and strawberry coulis.
