When brewed, juicy notes of ripe berries and peach come through first, followed by bright grapefruit acidity and a smooth brown sugar finish. Its light roast makes it especially well suited to filter, pour-over or cafetière brewing and is best enjoyed black to appreciate its clean, lively flavour profile.
