A beautiful natural processed coffee with sweet juice aromatics. Known as "Cerrado Natural," this process involves leaving the cherries on the trees longer to fully mature and dry while still attached to the branches. This harvesting and drying method requires very dry and stable weather conditions throughout the harvest period to ensure proper drying and quality. The result: delicate acidity, medium in body with hints of ripe fruits and caramelised sugars. This single origin Santa Colomba coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified, translates to having been produced ecologically and sustainably with fair conditions for workers.
