About this Product
David Flores’ Sidra comes from Finca La Neblina in Cajamarca, northern Peru. High elevation and cool, mist-heavy conditions slow cherry development, building density and clarity. This is a small nano-lot, separated with a focus on precision.
Fully washed, with careful picking, fermentation, and controlled drying to keep the profile clean and structured.
In the cup, expect blackberry and citrus with soft white tea. Light, composed, and clean, built on clarity rather than intensity.
