From Avocado to Award-Winning Coffee

The Bayter Family has been cultivating the rich soil of El Vergel farm since 1995. What started as an avocado haven transformed into a coffee paradise when, in 2006, they decided to diversify and plant their first coffee trees. Years of passion, experimentation, and innovation, El Vergel Estate now produces some of the most exceptional specialty coffee in the world and their decaf is no different.

The El Vergel Difference; Decaf Done Right: Their innovative caffeine extraction method uses a special blend of water and ethyl acetate, gently removing caffeine while preserving the coffee's smooth, rich flavour. Enjoy all the taste with only 0.1% caffeine!
