Sourced from dedicated smallholder farmers across the renowned coffee-growing regions of Huila and Tolima, this coffee preserves the character and sweetness of Colombian Arabica while offering a smooth, caffeine-free cup.
The Sugarcane decaffeination method uses naturally derived Ethyl Acetate obtained from sugarcane to gently remove caffeine while maintaining the coffee's original flavour profile. The result is a clean, balanced coffee with excellent sweetness, mild acidity, and a satisfying body that performs well across a range of roast profiles.
