Grown in the foothills of the Andes in Colombia’s renowned Cauca region, this single origin decaf is everything you’d want from a specialty coffee — minus the buzz. The altitude, volcanic soil and microclimate of the Popayán plateau produce beans with a clean, sweet profile and gentle florals that shine through in every brew.
This coffee is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane method, a natural process using ethyl acetate derived from local sugarcane and fresh spring water. It’s gentle on the green bean and kind to flavour — enhancing sweetness and preserving the coffee’s original character.
We work closely with a group of around 65 smallholder farmers in this region, paying premiums of up to 20% above the market rate based on cup quality. It's a relationship built on shared values — and the result is a decaf that truly delivers.
