About this Product
Our decaf is anything but ordinary. Using the unique sugarcane process, caffeine is gently removed with natural ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane and fresh spring water. This method not only preserves the coffee’s character but actually enhances its natural sweetness, giving you a cup that tastes just as good as the real thing. Grown in the highlands of Popayán, Colombia (1500–2070 MASL), this carefully crafted lot offers a rich flavour profile of chocolate, fruity notes, and lingering sweetness.
