Normally, decaf loses something in the process or becomes exorbitantly priced due to the process, which might be considered unfair as the processors are selling less for more; rumors are the caffeine gets a good price. Our friends in Mexico have, in our opinion, been the most reasonable in balancing quality with price to give us a coffee that tastes great but will not keep you up all night. Personal preference: A late-night coffee before bed when sleep is important can be consumed in any way, and the coffee will perform across the taste buds.
