Don Domingo is named after Domingo Torres, a former miner turned award-winning coffee producer. Together with his wife Saray, they transformed their lifelong savings into El Roble farm in Norte de Santander, Colombia. Pleasant but underwhelming
I followed the brewing guidelines scrupulously this time. I'd say this is more like 3/4 for acidity I'm not getting the chocolate or caramel So pleasant, but I'd hoped for more ☹️
