Processed as a co-fermentation with whole dragonfruit and finished as a honey, this coffee comes from Carlos Arcila in Quindio, Colombia. Following fermentation, the coffee is dried on raised beds. Expect a stunningly juicy and complex cup with clear dragonfruit aromatics.
Whole bean coffee only. Please get in touch for recommendations around affordable and good value grinders. It's worth it!
