The Region
Grown high in the Andes at Hacienda La Papaya, this extraordinary Ecuadorian coffee is the result of obsessive attention to detail from seed to cup. Founded by Juan Pena, the farm is renowned for its experimental approach to varietals and processing, producing coffees with remarkable clarity and structure.
Once opened, consume within 4-6 weeks for best results and before best before date. Unopened lasts for 6 months. Best kept in cool dry environment.
