Finca El Vergel, where this fantastic coffee comes from, is one of the oldest single estates in the Tolima region of Colombia, run today by second generation producers Elias and Shady Bayter with the help of their mother Martha.

Fantastic body and plenty of flavour
This is a great coffee and has a plenty of body as described. I saw another reviewer described it as being quite acidic, but that wasn't my experience. I use V60 and I went with a slightly lower ratio of 14:1 and it was terrific.
