Crafted as a versatile omni roast, El Jaragual delivers a bright, fruit-forward filter experience while also showing depth and sweetness when pulled as espresso.
Grown on a 150-hectare family farm in Amalfi, Antioquia, El Jaragual is led by Jorge Mira, a forestry engineer dedicated to both coffee excellence and sustainability. The farm integrates timber-yielding pine plantations with preserved native forests, while employing innovative processing that blends tradition with modern precision. Extended fermentations with yeast inoculation and carefully controlled temperature steps, including warm water rinses and cool water quenches, enhance and stabilise the aromatic profile, resulting in a cup that’s consistently exceptional.
