Literally translating to “House Of Coffee”, Bette Buna have deep roots in the local community of Tefari Kela, with an emphasis on helping to improve the soil and forestry conditions in the area as part of the process of producing exceptional coffees, and we’ve chosen to have their name on the final result of their hard work in the region. This is another experimental processing using cherries from the farm in Taferi Kela, and the team set out to try a pulped anaerobic washed process. The result, we’re sure you’ll agree, is a delicious success
