About this Product
Shade grown under a breadth of endemic species, these coffee cherries are handpicked by various small holders in the Yirgacheffe region and processed together at the Haru washing station.
Dried on raised beds over a period of up to 21 days, this coffee is bursting with beautiful berry flavours whilst maintaining the delicate florals and smooth vanilla notes typical of the Yirgacheffe region.
This coffee has been roasted light-medium to better suit filter brew methods including Chemex, V60 and Aeropress.
You’ll notice that the bags inside of this box of coffee does not have a foil lining or a plastic ventilation valve. Both of these elements are the main things that prevent commercial coffee bags being either home recyclable or home compostable. Because of this you may wish to purchase one of our reusable bag clips to secure the bag inside.
