Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Grade 1 coffee is a highly prized coffee that captures the rich heritage of Ethiopian coffee growing. Cultivated in the famous Yirgacheffe region, this washed coffee is known for its outstanding quality, unique flavour profile, and the impressive altitudes where it thrives.

Grown at elevations between 1,700 and 2,200 metres above sea level, the combination of cool temperatures, plentiful rainfall, and nutrient-rich soils creates the perfect conditions for slow cherry maturation. This careful growing process results in beans with remarkable complexity and a vibrant aroma.

The coffee offers a medium body and full flavour, highlighted by a superb spicy undertone.
