We are all very excited to be bringing back this exceptional lot from Evanete Peres for the fourth year running! A lot that is becoming a staple of our offering and one we look forward to continuing to share with you for many more years to come. Expect the same delicious profile, high sweetness and a silky milk chocolate body. This years harvest leans a touch away from the mango and tropical notes of previous years, and more into the red and black berries, with juicy blackberries being at the forefront with a nice low to medium acidity and walnuts round it out for a delicious lingering finish.

 

ABOUT EVANETE PERES DOMINGUES

The family has been in the coffee industry for more than 100 years. A granddaughter of Spanish immigrants from Almeria and Malaga, Evanete Peres Domingues is at the head of the Paradise Estate Coffee, located in the district of Amanhece in the city of Araguari, state of Minas Gerais, in the Cerrado Mineiro. The family lived in the state of São Paulo, where they already produced coffee, as well as in the state of Paraná. Due to climatic difficulties in these regions and seeking suitable areas for coffee cultivation, the family settled in the Cerrado Mineiro Region.

With a background in advertising and business management, she worked in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro for 18 years. Her history in coffee-growing began at the age of 40 when she moved to Cerrado Mineiro. Evanete is known for breaking paradigms, as she stands out as a producer of high-quality coffees in a predominantly masculine field. The focus of Paradise Estate Coffee is sustainable production with superior quality.
