Low in strength and bright and fruity in character, it carries notes of toffee apple and blackcurrant, with complex acidity, natural sweetness and a subtle dark chocolate finish. The result is a perfect filter-style cup, black or with a splash of milk — just add boiling water, infuse for three minutes, stir, squeeze the bag for maximum flavour and remove.
