We're thrilled to share our latest coffee discovery, sourced by our friends at Khipu Coffee. This coffee is a true gem from the heart of Peru's Amazonas region. Grown by the passionate Roiber Becerra on his Finca Morales farm.  This coffee is a true testament to his dedication to quality at every step, from nurturing the soil to meticulous harvesting techniques.

Crafting Flavour with Precision

The magic of this coffee unfolds through a meticulous fermentation process that adapts to the nuances of the weather. Whether it's a rainy day or bathed in sunshine, each batch of cherries receives the precise fermentation time it needs to develop its unique flavor profile. From there, the cherries embark on a leisurely 30-day journey in solar dryers, where they are carefully monitored and nurtured until they reach the perfect moisture level for export.
