In partnership with our good friends at Cofinet, we keep this blend dynamic by rotating the components based on the freshest harvests.
The secret weapon?
Every iteration includes a co-fermented coffee, meaning the coffee cherries were fermented alongside actual fruit to unlock incredible fruitiness and depth.
For this release, we've paired Jairo Arcila's Santa Monica Peach Co-Ferment from Colombia (20%) with our Washed Peru La Cima (80%).
The Peru brings the structure, clean, citrus acity, and brown sugar finish, while the peach co-ferment from one of Colombia's most respected producing families lifts the cup with juicy stone fruit.
The result is exactly what Fruitopia promises to be: bright, fruity, and absolutely delicious.
