The least audible of all the coffees which we roast, you may not hear the first or even the second crack as a beginner. So watch the colour of the beans and definitely watch the smoke if you are using a home roaster. This coffee needs to be roasted medium and dropped just until the first pops of the second crack.

This coffee is often used as a base for a coffee shop taste, for a strong espresso blend  with Green Sumatra Mandheling. This is for a smoother tasting blend with Central and South American varieties including: Colombian, Guatemalan and Peruvian.
