Nestled in the fertile valleys beneath the towering Agua Volcano, just minutes from the historic city of Antigua Guatemala, lies Finca Filadelfia—one of Guatemala's oldest and most celebrated coffee estates.
For more than 150 years, the Dalton family has cultivated exceptional Arabica coffee on this remarkable estate, building on a legacy that helped establish Antigua as one of the world's most respected coffee-growing regions. Rich volcanic soils, elevations of around 1,500 metres, and a unique microclimate of warm days and cool nights provide ideal conditions for producing coffees of outstanding quality.
These exceptional growing conditions create a beautifully balanced cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, and citrus, complemented by a smooth body, vibrant acidity, and a refined, lingering finish.
