Guatemala Huehuetenango is a refined high-altitude single origin, grown in the cool mountain air of northwestern Guatemala.
Slow ripening brings natural sweetness and clarity, resulting in a clean, elegant cup with soft fruit and creamy depth.
Expect a smooth profile with notes of butterscotch, peach compote, pear, and a white chocolate finish.
Best enjoyed as a filter (V60, pour-over) to highlight its clarity and fruit notes, but equally beautiful as a softer, more nuanced espresso.
Works well with or without milk - with milk, the sweetness leans more into that creamy, dessert-like finish.
