Because you loved it so much, for the third year running, we've brought back one of our most loved limited editions - Hot Cross Coffee! Just in time for the season of sweet treats.
This popular coffee is a washed lot from the Caballo Rucio Producing Community, a group of indigenous Mixtec smallholder farmers where community bonds run deep. Washed coffees like this one are often de-pulped one day after harvest then left to ferment for between 12-36 hours. They are then dried on rooftops under the direct sun. Though sun-dried, the drying is fairly slow due to cool air, high humidity and misty afternoons in the region.
To serve: This coffee is smooth and well balanced, it's great drunk black, but adding milk brings out even more of those chocolate and cinnamon notes.
