In the lush landscapes of Jamaica’s Blue Mountain lies the Blue Baron Estate, a 138-acre farm situated at an elevation 600-900 masl. In the Buff Bay valley of Portland, this estate benefits from the perfect balance of enriched soils, pristine climate and cloud cover that creates a unique environment for Jamaica Blue Mountain® coffee.

Owned by the Minott family, who have been perfecting the art of coffee growing and processing for over 70 years, Blue Baron Estate is a true testament to the legacy of Jamaican coffee excellence. The farms 27 hectares of coffee trees grow in carefully shaded rows, nestled amidst patches of untouched tropical forest.

Harvesting here is a meticulous process, ripe cherries are handpicked by skilled teams, each tree visited multiple times throughout the season to ensure only the best cherries are selected. Post harvesting, the cherries are pulped and fermented with natural spring water. The beans are then dried, cured, hulled, and rigorously inspected before being packed into traditional wooden barrels for export, preserving the legacy of one of the world's most sought-after coffees.
