Kaldi’s Heritage Blend is a carefully balanced combination of three standout coffees — Colombia Dulima, Honduras La Paz, and Brazil Peaberry — each bringing its own character to the cup.

This blend is close to our hearts. It nods to our beginnings with our very first Honduran coffee, alongside our long-standing favourite, Colombia Dulima, now complemented by the smooth, rounded profile of Brazil Peaberry. Together, they create a cup that’s rich, approachable, and full of depth.

Named after Kaldi, the legendary goatherd said to have discovered coffee, this blend is a quiet tribute to where it all began.

Colombia Dulima lays the foundation with its caramel sweetness, grown in the fertile regions of Huila. Honduras La Paz builds on this with deeper chocolate notes and a gentle nuttiness from the Montecillos region. The Brazil Peaberry brings balance — adding body, softness, and a subtle sweetness that ties everything together.
