Kenya Anaerobic comes from the fertile volcanic slopes of Mount Kenya in Chogoria, where smallholder farmers from the My Kaigera Collectives produce exceptional coffees at high altitude.
This coffee uses an anaerobic processing method to enhance sweetness and complexity, creating a vibrant cup that combines the classic character of Kenyan coffee with a deeper, more expressive profile.
What does this coffee taste like?
Expect juicy blueberry and ripe grape notes with a sweet sugar cane finish. The cup is bright, expressive and full of character, with a smooth body and a lingering sweetness that makes every sip feel vibrant and refreshing.
