About this Product
What Makes Kenya Peaberry Special?
Unlike most coffee cherries, which produce two flat-sided beans, a peaberry develops as a single round bean inside the cherry. This natural mutation occurs in only around 5–10% of coffee cherries and is prized for producing a more concentrated, expressive cup.
Grown at altitudes of 1,700–1,800 metres in Kenya's Tatu region, these washed Arabica beans benefit from fertile volcanic soils and cool mountain temperatures. The result is a lively coffee with bright citrus notes, delicate floral aromas and remarkable clarity that has made Kenyan coffees some of the most sought-after in the world.
Who Will Enjoy Kenya Peaberry?
Kenya Peaberry is ideal for coffee drinkers who enjoy bright, fruit-forward coffees with lively acidity and complex flavours. It's particularly suited to pour-over enthusiasts and anyone looking to experience the distinctive character that has made Kenyan coffees famous around the world.
