The Kii washing station have been making wonderful coffees for many years. The area is known for its unique and distinctive red volcanic soil and combined with warm days, cool nights, high elevation and favourable rain fall it brings together near perfect conditions for coffee. Coffee from Kii has a focus on quality. they harvest at peak ripeness when there are the most sugars in the cherries and take steps to ensure any defects are removed. This is a coffee we have bought many years running and it seems to just keep getting better.
