Description

Produced at the Members of the Cooperative Coffee Russia Sector, this fantastic coffee is produced by women farmers who took over ownership and charge of the land. 

This fully washed coffee is processed differently to how we understand other 'washed' coffee processes. There's a 24 hour dry fermentation period, before undergoing a more traditional wet fermentation, followed by 24 hours of soaking. 

This delicious coffee lends itself to make a fantastic black filter.
