Blackberry Jazz is bold, playful, and unapologetically expressive. Sourced from the highlands of Huila and shaped through co-fermentation, this coffee reflects a new wave of Colombian innovation. Natural ingredients are introduced during fermentation, guiding flavour development before the coffee is washed and carefully dried for clarity and control.
In the cup, it’s vivid and unmistakable. Blackberry and blueberry sweetness lead, layered with raisin depth, a creamy weight on the palate, and a gentle black tea finish. Roasted as an omni roast, it performs beautifully as both a clean, expressive filter and a flavour-packed espresso.
