About this Product
A vibrant natural processed Brazilian coffee with papaya, milk chocolate and honey notes, only available while stocks last.
This lot comes straight from Santo Antônio, a family farm in the Mogiana region of Brazil. It is produced by Patricia Coelho, working alongside her son Pedro, an agronomist who is bringing in some first-rate quality control. Grown at 1,200 metres, this natural process Mundo Novo microlot is fermented in sealed drums for 96 hours before drying on the patio, delivering a smooth, sweet cup with tropical fruit complexity and a lingering finish.
