Oak Twin.

Eastern Horizon Estate was established in 2017 near Oak Twin village in Southern Shan State, Myanmar. The farm spans 100 acres and grows SL28 beneath macadamia, banana, and silver oak shade trees. This mixed canopy supports biodiversity and provides the slow, stable ripening needed to produce expressive natural lots.

 

 

Harvested at peak ripeness, cherries are sorted and dried on raised beds for up to 25 days, turned hourly, and covered at night. Once dried to 11–12% moisture, the coffee is rested before dry milling. The result is a syrupy, fruit-driven natural with real structure, bright up front, slow and spiced on the finish.

 

 

Myanmar is no longer emerging, it has arrived. This SL28 is proof.
