This washed coffee from the El Tambo in the Cauca region of Colombia has been a favourite of ours for a long time and deserves your attention.
Grown high in the central volcanic mountain range of Colombia, this coffee is chocolatey and sweet. There's rich, fruity flavours of pear and orange too giving a delicious rounded flavour profile.
