Grown high in the Andes mountains, Peruvian coffee is known for its clean cup, gentle acidity, and well-rounded sweetness. Produced mostly by smallholder farmers — often organically and shade-grown — this 100% Arabica coffee thrives at elevations of 1,200–2,000 metres in regions like Cajamarca, Cusco, and San Martín.
In the cup, Peru coffee delivers a mellow, medium body with flavours of milk chocolate, brown sugar, and subtle hints of citrus or red apple, depending on roast. It’s a smooth and approachable brew — ideal for those who prefer balance over boldness.
