Location: Palomar, Chanchamayo
This area of the Chanchamayo province is over 1,600 meters above sea level, which contributes to the high quality of its coffee. At higher altitudes, the cooler temperature allows the coffee cherries to mature slower, developing more intense, complex flavours.
Our Peruvian roast has soft, floral notes with a beautiful blend of toffee, almond, and sweet citrus flavours.
