Certified fair trade and grown organically this coffee comes from smallholder farmers all over Peru and is decaffeinated in Mexico via the Mountain Water Process using fresh water from Pico de Orizaba- the highest mountain in Mexico. Medium roasted this brings out hints of cocoa and nuts and a sweet caramel finish make this coffee ideal for cafetiere or filter brewing. The perfect decaf for those who are looking for a smoother, milder cup which can be drank throughout the day.
