Expect notes of Milk Chocolate, Orange, Yellow Plum
We are thrilled to introduce La Cima, a Regional Plus lot originating from the high-altitude provinces of San Ignacio, Jaén and Cutervo in the Cajamarca department of Peru.
Produced by small-scale farmers dedicated to quality, this coffee is a testament to meticulous processing. After hand-sorting for ripeness, the cherries undergo a controlled 30–40 hour fermentation before being gently washed and dried. This careful attention to detail results in a cup that is exceptionally clean and well balanced.
Expect a comforting, classic profile built on deep sweetness. Notes of creamy milk chocolate and yellow plum form a rich foundation, lifted by a sparkling touch of orange acidity. It’s the perfect daily driver for anyone who enjoys a sweet, full-bodied brew.
