Grown in the lush hills of Rwanda’s Western Province, this exceptional natural‑processed coffee comes from 603 smallholder farmers in the Nyamasheke District. At altitudes of 1,830–1,950 meters, the cherries develop rich sweetness and vibrant flavour.
Only the ripest, highest‑quality red cherries are selected. They’re carefully sorted, floated for density, and dried slowly on raised beds for 35–40 days. Farmers turn the cherries every half hour and protect them from harsh sun to preserve their delicate fruit character.
The result is a beautifully crafted coffee with depth, clarity, and the unmistakable taste of Rwanda’s high‑altitude terroir.
With an excellent SCA score of 86.25 and notes of lime, apple, liquorice, black tea, caramel and dark chocolate, this fruity speciality coffee makes a fantastic cup.
As with all our products, it's packed and supplied in 100% recyclable bags. Our Rwanda Coproca Natural Process speciality coffee is available for you to buy online as whole beans to grind at home, or you can purchase it as freshly ground coffee in coarse, medium or fine grinds.
